NRG crashes boring VALORANT meta in VCT Masters Tokyo

WORTHING esports is still a messy spammefest, with the dual-controller meta still centered around Tokyo masters. Despite the fact that the Harbor-centric meta was prevailing since the start of VCT LOCK//IN, NRGs Austin crashies said that he was a fan.

The World Cup win between US and Japan on day two of VCT Masters, Tokyo was extremely close. With the rising South Korean player, they ran in order to win the biggest prize-winning team.

Thankfully, Riot Games is taking into account both the Harbor-Viper and Phantom spam trends and deployed massive nerfs to both in Patch 6.11.

While VCT Masters is being played on Patch 6.10, professional teams are expected to shift to the new update in the forthcoming tournaments, and thus possibly ending the tiring meta.

Today’s victory earned NRG the spot in the playoffs, the next stage of VCT Masters Tokyo starting on June 16th.
